Let's talk

About

A product company that hires out its engineers

Most engineering firms sell capacity. Most product companies sell software. Sazinga does both on purpose, because each keeps the other honest.

What we do

Two halves of one practice

The platform

Sazinga Sarva

A platform of business applications for operators — the businesses that run physical assets, field teams, production lines and regulated obligations. That work is badly served by generic tools, because a CRM has no concept of an advertising face, a production batch, an inspection record or a rental period.

Explore the platform

The practice

AI-Ready ODC

The same engineers as a dedicated team. Not a separate bench kept for staffing — the people who build and operate the applications alongside. You get the stack they already work in every day, and the delivery habits that come with running software in production.

How an ODC engagement works

Why both

An engineering firm that has never run its own software in production is guessing about the parts that matter: what breaks at 2am, what a migration really costs, which architectural shortcut is fine and which is a mortgage.

Building and operating our own products keeps that knowledge current. Equally, a small product company needs the practice to fund the roadmap. The two are not a compromise between focus and revenue — they feed each other.

How we work

Three things we hold to

01

AI-first, review unchanged

AI assistance in the delivery loop for scaffolding, tests, migration and legacy comprehension. A person still signs off every change.

02

Your code, your infrastructure

No lock-in, no undocumented deployment steps, no architecture that only makes sense while we are here.

03

Specifics over adjectives

If we cannot describe the mechanism, we do not claim the benefit.
