Privacy policy
What we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it.
Last updated: 18 September 2026. This policy applies to sazinga.com and the applications on its subdomains, operated by Sazinga Digital Services Private Limited (CIN U72900PN2015PTC155920). BrainWave, at brain-wave.sazinga.com, has its own privacy policy and runs no analytics.
What we collect
If you complete the enquiry form we collect the name, email address, company, phone number and message you provide. We do not collect any of this unless you submit it.
The form also sends three things your browser already knows: the page you were on before the form, the first page of your visit, and the website that sent you here if one did. They are held in your browser for the length of the visit, travel with the enquiry, and exist so we can tell which page prompted you to write. They are not used to identify you, and nothing is recorded if you do not submit the form.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not use analytics unless you accept it, as described below.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits to sazinga.com and to the applications on its subdomains: how many people arrive, which pages they read and where they came from. It runs only if you accept it in the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, or never choose, the analytics script is not loaded and nothing is sent to Google.
If you accept, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_8KNREK7BK8 on the sazinga.com domain, which recognise a returning browser for up to two years. Your choice is stored for six months in a cookie named sz_consent, so you are asked once for the whole domain rather than on every subdomain. Google signals and advertising features are switched off, and Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Analytics reports are kept for 14 months.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and to continue that conversation. We do not sell personal data, and we do not add enquirers to marketing lists without asking.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Files
The form no longer offers a file upload. If a file does reach us through the enquiry endpoint, it is stored outside the public web root, is never served publicly, and is accessible only to the people handling your enquiry.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@sazinga.com and we will action it.
