Customers, orders and pricing
Dealers, distributors and retailers in one customer record, with their price list, credit terms and order history. An order taken on a phone in a shop is the same order the office sees, with no re-keying.

Orders, stock, dispatch and the people on the road, in one place
Manufacturers and distributors selling through dealers, distributors and a field sales team

Selling through dealers and a team on the road tends to run on three disconnected systems. Orders arrive by message and get re-keyed, stock figures are a day old by the time anyone quotes them, collections are reconciled from paper receipts, and nobody can say with confidence which customers a field executive actually visited last week.
Sazinga Field joins the order, the stock it draws on, the dispatch that follows and the payment that closes it. Field executives work in an offline-first mobile app that keeps taking orders and recording visits without a signal, and the office sees the same records the moment the phone syncs. Multi-currency, multi-tax and multi-language handling is built in, so a second market does not mean a second system.

Stock by warehouse and by item, reserved against confirmed orders so the same units are not promised twice. Dispatch turns an order into a despatch note and an invoice without a second data entry.
Attendance, planned beat, actual visits and GPS location for every field executive. A visit records what was discussed, what was ordered and what was collected, each one timestamped and located.
Invoices, receipts, part payments and credit notes against each customer, with ageing on outstandings. Collections taken in the field post against the right invoice from the mobile app.
Sazinga Field is distributor and field sales management software for manufacturers and distributors. It handles customers, orders, pricing, inventory, dispatch, invoicing, payments and outstandings, and tracks the field sales team through GPS location, attendance and recorded visits.
Manufacturers and distributors that sell through dealers, distributors or retailers and run a field sales team on the road. It suits businesses where orders are taken in person rather than through a web storefront.
Yes. The React Native app is offline-first. Orders, visits, attendance and collections are written to the phone and queued, then synchronised to the server when connectivity returns, so a market visit in a low-coverage area does not stop work.
Multi-currency, multi-tax, multi-language and multi-timezone handling sits in the data model rather than being added on. Prices, tax rules and reporting periods are held per tenant, so one installation can cover several markets.
For each field executive it records attendance check-in, the planned beat for the day, every visit made with its GPS coordinates and timestamp, what was discussed, any order placed and any payment collected. Planned coverage against actual coverage is reported per executive.
Access is granted per module and per role rather than by a single blanket level. A field executive, a dispatch clerk, an accounts user and an owner each see a different set of screens and actions within the same tenant.
