What Comply costs
One rate, per user, per month. No tier, no threshold, and no charge for the workers whose certificates you are tracking.
$5
per user, per month
about ₹440 or AED 18, at a fixed rate rather than a live one
Who counts as a user
A per-user price makes this the first question, so it is answered here rather than in a footnote.
- A user is somebody who signs in. Inspectors, verifiers, supervisors and administrators all count the same.
- A worker whose certificates you track but who never signs in is not a user. A workforce of 400 with 12 people administering it is 12 users.
- There is no separate charge for a client, a site, a location or an organisation inside the installation.
What the rate includes
- The obligations register, with every obligation’s owner, frequency and next due date.
- The checklist engine, and every inspection type it takes — property and collateral condition surveys, safety and EHS, facility and building, equipment and asset, and food safety audits.
- Field capture on a phone, with each photograph carrying the place and the time the shutter fired.
- The supervisor view, which shows what each member of staff has actually completed.
- Certificate, licence, training and insurance expiry tracking, with warnings on a schedule you set.
- Non-conformities and corrective actions, each with an owner, a due date and the evidence that closes it.
- The append-only audit trail, and your own tenant with your own roles.
- Any number of obligations, inspections, photographs and sites.
- Updates as they ship, at no extra cost.
What it does not include
- Nothing is held back behind a higher tier — there is one plan.
- Configuring a new inspection type is included; a new checklist library built from your own documents is a piece of work we quote.
- Data migration from your existing spreadsheets and certificate folders, if you want us to do it rather than import it yourself.
- Custom development specific to your business.
What the figure is, and is not
The dollar is the published figure because Comply’s installations are six in the USA, five in the Gulf, two in the UK and one in Africa. The rupee and dirham equivalents are converted at a rate we fixed and wrote down, not at today’s rate, and each is rounded to a whole unit — so the page is stable and nobody is ever quoted a price with paise in it. A deployment bills in one currency.
Frequently asked questions
What does it cost?
$5 per user per month. In other currencies that is about ₹440 or AED 18, converted at a fixed $1 to ₹88 rather than at a live rate, so the figure on this page does not move with the market. Each conversion is rounded to a whole unit.
Who counts as a user?
Somebody who signs in. An inspector completing checklists, a manager verifying evidence, a supervisor reviewing what staff have done, an administrator configuring the register — all the same rate. A worker whose certificates and training records you hold, but who never signs in, is not a user and is not charged for. There is no per-site, per-client or per-organisation charge.
Why per user, when AdBoard is per site?
Because the two products count different things. AdBoard’s value grows with the structures in the register, and charging per user there would give a media owner a reason to keep the mounting crew out of the system, which is the opposite of what it is for. Comply’s value grows with the people carrying the obligations, so the seats are the honest unit. Neither price is a tier and neither has a threshold you cross.
Is there a minimum, or a contract?
That is a conversation rather than a number on a page, and we would rather say so than publish a figure we then negotiate. What is fixed is the rate itself: it is the same at twelve users as at two hundred.
What is not included?
Configuring an inspection type is included, because an inspection type is a checklist, a cadence and the evidence that closes it. Building a checklist library out of your own documents is work we quote for separately, as is migrating existing spreadsheets and certificate folders, and any development specific to your business.
