Let's talk

Sazinga AdBoard

₹100 per site, per month

Every structure priced the same, whatever the count. One plan, no per-user charge, no minimum term, no lock-in.

One plan

₹100 per site, per month

About $1.14 or AED 4.17 per site per month. Converted at a fixed ₹88 to the dollar, so the figure here does not move with the market. Inside the software a deployment holds one currency, fixed at setup.

No per-user charge No per-client charge No storage charge No minimum term

What the flat rate covers in the office: occupancy, pipeline and receivables across every structure, however many there are.

And in the field, at no extra cost. There is no per-user charge, so the mounting crew belongs in the system rather than outside it.

What actually moves the price

Three things, and site count is only one of them. The first is how many people need their own login, because access is per user and an operator with a field team of thirty is a different shape from one with three people in an office. The second is whether proof of display is being captured, since that brings the mobile application, photo storage and the monitoring schedule with it. The third is how much history has to come across on day one: a live campaign book and two years of past bookings is a migration, not an import, and it is quoted separately because it is real work.

What does not move it is the number of bookings you take. Charging per transaction penalises exactly the operator the product is meant to help, and it makes the bill unpredictable in the month you have the best run of sales.

What is included

  • Every module — inventory, proposals, campaigns, invoicing, purchase orders, expenses, partners, agents, projects.
  • The Android app for field capture, including the offline queue.
  • The built-in assistant.
  • Any number of users. Any number of clients. Any number of photographs.
  • Every site at the same rate, whatever the count — there is no tier and no threshold.
  • Your own tenant, your own roles, and a full audit trail.
  • Interface in English and Hindi.
  • Updates as they ship, at no extra cost.

What is not

  • Nothing is held back behind a higher tier — there is only one plan.
  • Data migration from your existing spreadsheets, if you want us to do it rather than import it yourself.
  • Custom development specific to your business.

Worth doing the arithmetic yourself

Take your own worst site and the last time it sat empty longer than it needed to, because a campaign ended and nobody noticed for a week. Whatever that cost, compare it with what this costs to run that site for a year. That comparison is the honest case for the software, and you can make it faster than we can.

The vacancy cost calculator does the first half of that sum on your own numbers.

Frequently asked questions

Which currency is it billed in?

The published figure is ₹100 per site per month, about $1.14 or AED 4.17, converted at a fixed ₹88 to the dollar rather than a live rate, so what you read here does not move with the market. What the software does inside is a separate question and worth stating plainly: a deployment holds one currency, fixed when it is set up, and every rate and total is in the operator’s own currency. It does not price one estate in two currencies, so boards run in another country are still quoted in the currency of the deployment they belong to.

Is it really ₹100 per site per month?

Yes, and it is flat: every structure is priced the same whatever the count. There is no per-user charge, no per-client charge, no storage charge and no tier you cross, so the bill is a number you can work out yourself from your own inventory — your site count times the rate.

What counts as a site?

One structure — a billboard, unipole, gantry or digital screen — regardless of how many faces it has. A two-faced hoarding is one site.

What happens to a site I take down?

Remove it from your inventory and it stops counting. You are billed on what you are actually running, not on what you once registered.

Is there a contract or a minimum term?

No lock-in. It is billed monthly, and your data is yours — inventory, bookings, photographs and invoices can be exported.

Can I see it before paying?

Yes. A live demo with real sample data is available, and we will also set it up against your own sites so you can judge it on your inventory rather than ours. Ask us through the contact page.

Ready to see AdBoard on your own numbers?

Every site, every booking, every invoice — in one place. Tell us how it runs where you are — what is kept by hand, what arrives late, and what it costs when it goes wrong — and we will answer against your own figures rather than against the pricing page you have just read.

A person reads every enquiry and replies within one working day.

Would rather read than write? See the screens — real captured ones, no sign-in.
